How your neon sign gets made

Neon LED Signs builds every sign to order. Here's each step, what it costs you in time, and where you get to change your mind.

1. 1. Design it online

   Use the neon designer to type your words and choose font, colour, size, backboard shape, mounting and indoor or outdoor build. Pricing updates live, and you can save designs to your account before deciding.

2. 2. Free proof in 24 hours

   Every order gets a to-scale digital proof — on a photo of your own wall if you send one. Adjust letter spacing, colour or size as many times as you need before production starts.

3. 3. Hand-built in our studio

   Your artwork is CNC-cut into acrylic and the LED flex is bent and mounted by hand, then burn-tested before packing. Typical build time is 5–8 business days.

4. 4. Shipped ready to hang

   Packed in custom foam and shipped free across Canada with tracking. Mounting kit, dimmer and a plug-and-play transformer are in the box — most signs hang in under 15 minutes.

Common questions

How long does a custom sign take?

Most orders ship in 5–8 business days after proof approval, plus 2–5 days transit within Canada. Rush options are available on request.

Can I use my logo?

Yes. Send vector artwork or a clear image through the quote form and we'll advise on the smallest size that reproduces cleanly.

Is it safe indoors?

LED neon runs at 12V, stays cool to the touch, contains no gas or glass, and uses certified transformers.

Can it go outside?

Choose the IP65 outdoor build — sealed flex, weatherproof backboard and an outdoor-rated transformer.
